The first meeting is simply an information meeting. Getting to know you and your family helps us understand your wants and needs. Getting to know your builder and building a relationship is key to a smooth building process.
- Identify Lot & Location – Identifying the type of lot and location is important to helping you understand house design requirements based on the neighborhood covenants. Each lot and location may require different design elements such as additional stone, colors, siding type, etc.
- Choose a Floor Plan – You can select and modify any of our floor plans or design a custom plan. This is the best part of the process which allows our clients to turn our floor plans into their own customized home.
- Receive a Contract Bid – We will go through every detail and selection to give you an accurate contract bid.
Homeowners will be provided a selection packet with all the resources needed to help during this process. Each stage of the build will be documented with our online and mobile app platform. Homeowners can access this platform at any time of the day. Any upgrades or changes to the design will be approved by the homebuyer so you can ensure you are staying within budget.
During each stage of the building process, on-site meetings will take place to perform walk-throughs of the different aspects of your home. This provides homebuyers the ability to ask questions or make changes during every step of the way.
After closing, we provide a 45-day check-up to see how your home is performing and make any adjustments as you start using your new home. Homeowners also receive a 1-year builder warranty for items that have failed to perform correctly.
